No equipment available? No problem!!! I created this workout on deployment in the U.S. Marine Corps. All you will need is a deck of playing cards. The workout consists of: Bodyweight squats (or jumps), Crunches, Pushups, Jump Rope (if available) & Pullups (if a bar is available). Here is what you do: you shuffle the cards, then pull the top card off the stack, lets say its a 9. You then perform 9 Bodyweight squats . You pull the next card, lets say its a queen. You then perform 12 Crunches. You cycle through each exercise (for jump rope just add a 0 after the number and go for that many seconds) per card until you reach the end of the deck. This one is a killer!!!!
